because
- people in the other lanes kept smacking my arm with their arm... and since their arms are bigger and more muscular my arm is taking a good beating
- tripped while getting in the pool
- tripping while in the pool (stupid algae!)
- tripped while getting out of the pool (shin is now sporting a beautiful purpley bruise)
lol I am so dumb
plus I now have scratches down my arms

but it's okay because the people in my lane (mostly Warren and Amy) are also out of shape

First set:
- 6 100's; 3 100's IM kick/drill/swim by 100, 3 100's free kick/drill/swim by 100
- 600 yards
- 24 laps
Second set:
- 3 rounds of 2 100's, 3 75's, 4 50's, 2 25's; first and third rounds free, second round IM
- 2025 yards
- 81 laps
Third set:
- 7 175's free; 25 easy, 50 sprint kick, 25 easy, 50 sprint swim, 25 easy
- 1225 yards
- 49 laps
Fourth set:
- 6 100's free; 1, 3, and 5th 100's sprint
- 500 yards
- 20 laps
Warm-down:
- 300 yards freestyle swim
- 12 laps
Grand total: 5050 yards, 202 yards, 3.06 miles
/may have missed a few laps in between
