entirely forgot to mention

today in orch
we were playing
and since me and Tori usually play second violin
Krafty made us play first violin for the Mozart piece
and first violin is supremely boring
so me and Tori uh..... made up our own harmonies to go with the main melody
and usually Krafty never notices
but this time she does

"There's no divisi in this piece!!! Who's playing that? Do you think it's pretty? Mozart wouldn't. blah blah blah stop that blah blah blah"

and when she's saying all this she's looking over our heads (we're in the second row) at the seniors who like to goof around LOOOOOOOOOL

and then we started sight-reading a piece called "The Rite of Spring" (Stravinsky's piece)
and I told Mark that it was a contemporary ballet piece where men dance around in white Speedos and tights LOL

there ya go

and she gave me second violin and Tori first violin
so Tori switched with Arnav for second violin
and apparently so did a lot of other freshmen so when Krafty found out she got mad (again) and lectured us about switching music
but she overlooked us (in the front row now) LOOOOL

and there was a solo in the music for first violin, second violin, and viola
so Kevin played the first violin solo and I got to play the second violin solo! C:
it was very strange hehehehe Krafty said we might perform this for the Mission Attendance concert which is on February 23rd and I have swim practice on that day which ends at 7:30 lol so many conflicts booooo.

Also leaving on February 28th at 5:30 pm for Dallas, Texas for ACDA! coming back on the 1st of March at 9:30 pm so I can go to school on Friday .___. all jet-lagged and tired, uh huh.
